Arnold Baxter is a Tomball, Texas native whose story is one of hard work, vision, and a relentless commitment to doing right by people. After high school, Arnold entered the oil field — quickly rising to superintendent of a large Eagle Ford shale operation. There, he discovered that leading people toward a shared goal was not just something he was good at — it was something he was born to do.
That passion for leadership and excellence led Arnold to a bold decision: to build something of his own. In 2010, Roof Top Innovations was born — and over the following 15+ years, it grew from a dining-room-table dream into one of the largest and most respected residential and commercial roofing contractors in all of Texas. In 2021, RTI expanded to Waco and Central Texas, extending the same quality and service to thousands more Texas families.
